How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from 3 Quetzales. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you have any questions about our return policy, feel free to contact us.
Refunds
